Can you add a pet door at the bottom of these screen doors?
This is at the top of our list! We will be adding a pet door option in the near future. Please check back.
Is hardware included?
Hardware is not included at this time, but you can purchase it separately here on our site. You may also choose your own hardware from any home store.
Are custom sizes available?
Yes, we can create custom sizes. When you select “custom size” on the product page, you will be asked to add your custom dimensions in inches. We can customize to within 1/16 of an inch.
Can I paint or stain this door?
Yes, all of our doors can be painted or stained.
How do I measure for my door?
Measure your door opening top left to top right and bottom left to bottom right. Take the smaller number and subtract ¼” from this measurement. Next, take the measurement from the top to the bottom on both sides and subtract ¼” from the smaller number. These will be your width x height.
What is the warranty on these doors?
Door2You warranties our doors for one year against joint failure. If you receive a damaged door, you can contact us for instructions on a claim at customerservice@Door2you.com.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to ship my door?
We will have your door kit out to you within 5-10 business days.
How much should I expect to pay for shipping?
Once you begin the checkout process, shipping will be calculated based on your location and the best rates available from FedEx.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged door, you can contact us for instructions on a claim at customerservice@Door2you.com.
